Stamping and Stamping-Bending Technology
Bruderer Automatic Stamping Machines:
We have 32 automatic stamping machines, 17 of which are Bruderer machines, with a pressing force of up to 160t. Materials with thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 4 mm and widths of up to 300 mm are processed. Process integration includes thread forming, laser and resistance welding, contact welding, and various joining operations. Stamping processes can be accompanied by a continuous washing system and 100% camera inspection.
Bihler Multi-slide Machines:
We operate 50 Bihler Multi-slides machines, which allow the simultaneous feeding of up to three materials, including pre-stamped strips and individual parts. Our processes include: laser welding, resistance welding, welding and riveting of silver contacts, as well as the processing of bi-metals and aluminum. Optionally, the machines are equipped with thread cutting functions and ensure 100% camera inspection.
Spring Coiling Technology
Our production largely takes place on camera-monitored coiling machines from WAFIOS, ITAYA, and MEC. Wire diameters from 0.2 mm to 12 mm are processed, using materials such as stainless spring steel (1.4310), Carbon spring steel, valve spring steel, and nickel alloys. The equipment includes state-of-the-art peripherals for continuous tempering, automatic grinding, and 100% inspection.
Quality control is carried out using various spring force gauges, projectors, geometry measuring devices, and in-house load cycle tests.
Furthermore, we offer sample creation, validation, and comprehensive consulting, including spring design based on precise calculations (e.g., Hexagon).
